First up, you’ll need to decide how much spirit you wish to produce and how much space you have.  Another thing to consider is availability of water.

Still Spirits offer the following packages that include an air-still or water-based still, filtering equipment, some yeast and sugar, along with flavour essence. Still Spirits can provide everything you need to achieve an outstanding result, with the minimum of effort. You’ll find that just by reading this section and then making your selections accordingly, it’s easy too!

The Air Still will typically produce approximately 2 litres of very good quality alcohol and is air cooled. This is similar in size to an electric kettle and is ideal for use in the kitchen or study. This is a pot still system so uses high quality ingredients to produce good quality alcohol. This is a 10 litre system so there is nothing that is heavy to lift.

T500 Still will typically produce 8 litres of extremely high quality alcohol. This is a 25 litre system and requires a space of a metre wide by 1.5 metres high to operate. A full fermenter in this system will weigh over 26kgs when filled with water, yeast & sugar.
